Welcome to the 

Health Challenge blog!! 

 

On here I will post the weekly bonus challenge and any other information you might need to know.  I will also try and post other health and fitness articles, quotes, motivation, etc..
Please feel free to comment and give your ideas and opinions too!  This is to help all of us be successful and I know it helps me to hear other peoples ideas and things that have worked for them.

  I decided we are going to try something new this round of the Health Challenge.  Instead of sending me a picture of your point record sheet, all you have to do is type in your total weekly points in the link on the right side of this blog.  You can still print out the record sheet to keep track of your daily points, but each Wednesday you can just type in your weekly totals through the link provided.  If you forget to type it in on Wednesday you won't get the extra 10 points for entering it in on time.    

I felt like round one was very successful and I am excited we started round two.  If you are just joining the challenge for the first time, WELCOME!!!  You are going to love it and the weeks will just fly by!

  1. Love the blog design! It really isn't too hard to make time for exercise but its sometimes easier to push it off :)
