FINAL DAY!
Can you believe it has already been 4 weeks?
Today is the last day! You can do it!!!
I just wanted to remind you of some things you will need to do tomorrow so we can find out who our winners are. First make sure and enter your points for week 4. Second, using the same link that you enter your weekly points I also need you to enter your percent of weight lost. So you will need to do it twice. Once with your weekly points and once with your percentage lost.
To calculate your percentage lost you can go to this link and it will do it for you. Just to remind everyone we started the challenge on August 27 so you will use your starting weight from that date and then make sure and weigh tomorrow morning for your ending weight.
I will announce the winners on Thursday.

I follow a blog called Livy Loves to Run. She is a lady who lives here in Utah who lost 100 lbs in 11 months. If you are looking for some extra motivation to continue living a healthy lifestyle read her blog. You won't regret it. I read a lot of health blogs and there are a lot of people who are so crazy about not eating anything bad and who exercise so much. For me, that is not realistic. I still love food and want to be able to enjoy it every now and then. That is why I love this ladies blog. I love that she is a normal person who still has cheat days and still misses days of exercise, but continues to try her hardest and it has paid off.
She recently posted about how she is going to handle the holiday's. I thought it was a really good idea. She has basically designated specific days when she can cheat during the holidays.
