WEEK FOUR
Wahoo! We have made it to the last week of the challenge. So proud of everyone and their hard work. It is not easy to commit to changing your lifestyle. So good job! Let's make this last week our best. If you start feeling weak, text someone for encouragement. We can do this!
Week 4 Bonus Challenge
I would like everyone to choose a specific thing from last week that you can improve on, one thing you can focus on doing better this week. For example I feel like I ate way too much sugar last week. I still stayed under my calories, but the calories I was eating weren't good ones. So this week I want to focus on eating more vegetables and fruit. By the end of next week, if you feel like you really tried to improve on your goal, then you will give yourself the 10 bonus points. You don't have to be perfect, just try and improve. If you have any questions let me know.

I have to remind myself that even though I'm not perfect I'm still doing better than I was before. It's not about perfection, it's about continually trying to do better. If you fall, pick yourself up and do better the next day. You are all doing great!
