"Weigh-In Wednesday"
Ending of week 2! Way to go! We are half way there. If you have been struggling, it's okay. It is never too late to change. Don't beat yourself up. If you didn't eat good yesterday, try and eat better today. We are all in this together!

Week 3 Bonus Challenge
The challenge this week is to not weigh yourself until next Wednesday. This is going to be hard for me. I am the type of person who likes to weigh everyday. It is good to not always focus on the scale. We should be more focused on how we feel, how our clothes are fitting, and our measurements, not on our weight. Weighing yourself is good to keep you on track, but not good when you become obsessed with it.
I found this really good article by Jillian Michaels that talks about only weighing yourself once a week. I encourage you all to take 2 minutes and read it.
Okay recommitting again today. Lets hope I don't get a craving for cookies again this week. Thanks for doing this you've done a great job!
ReplyDeleteGreat challenge! It's good to keep us focused on HEALTH not WEIGHT. Thanks Kelsey! This whole thing is really pushing me, but in a perfect way. I'm really glad I can be a part of it!
